Important Note About Our Glass:
Unlike certain manufacturers, we refrain from using tempered glass. Tempered glass is unsuitable for wood fuel stoves due to its inability to withstand high temperatures above 450 Degrees FΒ°.  Our Pyro-glass is designed to endure extremely high temperatures, up to 1,400Β° F / 760Β° C, with minimal thermal expansion.

A seamed edge is when the glass edge is sanded so it is not sharp. This is not the same as a polished or beveled edge.

Ceramic glass has a slight amber tint that is considered "clear". It does not come in any other tint.

If you are unable to find your model then please call us to check for availability.

If the gasket around your glass looks singed or is not sealing properly, you should replace it. You should also replace the gasket when replacing the glass to reduce maintenance later on. Shop tape gasket here gasket.

Our cutting tolerance is within 1/16" of an inch.

Yes, holes can be drilled in ceramic glass, but we do not recommend it. This is why we do not offer this service.

Our largest standard shipping glass can be 38" x 36". For anything larger, up to 44" x 82", please contact us to discuss special shipping.

Shipping

Most orders placed Monday - Friday will ship same or next day that it is placed. If ordered Ground Service, 2-5 days is typical for arrival.

We wrap the glass in foam and ship it in a durable box to ensure the safe delivery of your glass. All shipments are insured by us.

Next Day Shipping orders are made a priority. Ceramic glass and gasket sales can go out Next Day, but Tempered glass orders cannot. Keep in mind "Next Day Shipping" means next business day. So an order placed on Monday before 2pm should arrive on Tuesday. But an order placed Monday at 2:30pm would arrive on Wednesday. An order placed before 2pm on Friday would arrive on Monday. An order placed at 2:30 pm on Friday would not arrive until Tueday.  Times are Central Time. 2:pm is our processing cut off time.

Yes, you can select - 3 day, 2 day or next day shipping. Expedited order are a priority, but keep in mind 2pm Central time is our cut off. Any orders placed after that will be one day longer. And weekends do not count. For example: An order that is placed on Monday afternoon at 4pm with 2 day shipping, will not ship out until Tuesday at 2pm. and would arrive on Thursday. If it was ordered on Saturday, it would not go out until Monday at 2pm and arrive on Wednesday.

Warranty & Return Policy

We will warranty a product during shipping. Once your product is installed we cannot warranty it in the event it was installed incorrectly. Please refer to our installation instructions to ensure the best results. If you believe your glass has cracked due to an imperfection in the product, please contact us.
